Description:
On 5th September 2024 Bethany Convent Sr. Secondary School celebrated Teacher's Day with great enthusiasm. The day began with students warmly wishing their teachers. A program, organized by the school cabinet members, followed. The event started with an introduction and prayer, after which the NTT and KG students showcased their dance performances.
Gifts were presented to all the teachers by the Principal, Dr. Shilpa Mary, and Sr. Oliva, Superior of Bethany Convent School. Class representatives wished their respective class teachers, and subject teachers were greeted by the cabinet members. Students also sang a beautiful song in honor of their teachers.
A poem recital, a humorous hasya kavita, and an entertaining dance performance were presented by the students. The highlight of the event was the teachers’ ramp walk, where awards were given for the lucky teacher, best ramp walk, and full attendance.
The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks, after which students returned to their classes. Later, the teachers enjoyed lunch and ended the day with a fun movie outing. It was a day filled with joy and memorable moments.
