Description:
To commemorate Gandhi Jayanti and instill values of patriotism, non-violence, and self-reliance in young minds our Bethany Balvatika students actively participated following activities.
Activity 1: Gandhi Ji Dress-up
Students dressed up as Mahatma Gandhi, donning traditional Indian attire, spectacles, and carrying walking sticks. This activity helped them connect with Gandhi Ji's simplicity and humility.
Activity 2: Dandi March
Inspired by Gandhi Ji's historic Salt March, students participated in a symbolic Dandi March within the school premises. Holding placards with Gandhi Ji's quotes and slogans, they marched together, chanting "Jai Hind" and "Satyagraha."
Highlights:
- Students enthusiastically participated in both activities.
- Parents and teachers helped students prepare for the dress-up and march.
- The school courtyard resonated with patriotic fervor.
"Gandhi Jayanti celebrations are an excellent opportunity to instill values of patriotism, compassion, and self-discipline in our young learners. We're proud to see our students embracing these values of Bapu Ji.
