The school is divided into subunits called Teresa, Raymond, Martha & Viveka houses and each student is allocated to one house in the moment of the enrollment. Houses may compete with one another at sports and many other extra co-curricular activities, thus providing a focus for group loyalty, interaction and participation.

Each house is led by the House Mistress for a year. The Captains and Vicecaptains guide their teams on all fronts and play a vital role in leading their team to victory in all events. Participating in various inter-house competitions not only gives the students a chance to display their talents but also helps them learn valuable lessons on team work and selfless service. Be it a debate, quiz or sports event, students give their best to win laurels and house points. Participation in various activities brings the house honour and gives the students a sense of pride.

Raymond House: (Red)- It depicts love, courage, sacrifice & victory. The students stand united, brave & strong to achieve their goal. Raymond the founder of Bethany Education Society campaigned in support of illiterate, sick, poor & girl child. So, the students of Raymond house will always be ready to extend their help when in emergency on campus or in immediate vicinity that may endanger the health, wellness and safety of the school and others.

Martha House: (Green)- The presence of green symbolizes the inductive elements like nature fertility and life. It represents growth and harmony. Martha was known for her friendship and hospitality. The students of Martha house nurture the nature and the environment. They are protectors of nature and mother earth. As they are linked to the natural elements of the environment, they claim to be natural winners.

Viveka House: (Yellow)- Symbolises emotions. This Vibrant colour embodies the qualities of Vivekananda’s hope, happiness and the promise of the new horizon. The students of this house will care for those poor, sad and depressed, to bring equality and improve quality of life. Beneath the radiant surface of the Vivekananda House lies an army of profound reservoir of creativity & inspiration.

Terasa House: (Blue)- It symbolises blue colour, water that saves life. Mother Teresa was known for her compassion towards all kinds of people. The students of this house are known for their life saving activities like service and charity towards humanity and any living beings on earth. They pledge to save water and bring awareness among their fellow students to conserve water.
