According to the guideline of CBSE, several measures are being taken by School to prevent sexual harassment of staff
at work.
Keeping all the things in mind, School has made some rules and regulation on POSH act (2013) for the welfare of all
staff members
- Sexual harassment policy is being made in school and gets signed by all teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Zero tolerance culture is being developed in the school campus.
- staff, welfare review meetings are held on a regular basis.
- CCTV cameras are being installed in the staffroom and wherever it is required.
- complaint boxes for teaching and non-teaching staff are placed in the school.
- Ethics training is being organized, timely.
- small problems are also taken seriously by the school management.
