Freedom, Football & Fierce Spirit! 

Bethany Convent School, Greater Noida, painted the day in tricolours and triumph as we celebrated Independence Day with unmatched zeal and passion! The campus came alive with vibrant decorations, echoing chants of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram.

The celebration kicked off with flag hoisting by Principal Dr. Sr. Shilpa Mary, followed by the soulful rendition of the National Anthem and a spirited House Parade, radiating discipline and patriotism. Adding to the thrill, our Principal inaugurated the much-awaited Football Tournament, inspiring students to play with unity, respect, and sportsmanship.

The grand finale witnessed an electrifying face-off between Team A (Captain – Abhay Nagar) and Team B (Captain – Atharv Malhotra). It was a clash of strategy, skill, and sheer determination! Team A seized the trophy with their sharp moves and teamwork, while Team B earned thunderous applause for their fighting spirit.

The winners proudly lifted their trophy, medals, and certificates, while the participants were honored for their courage and commitment.

A huge shoutout to our dynamic Sports Teachers Ms. Poonam Yadav and Mr. Vishal Singh, whose tireless efforts made this event a resounding success.

The day ended on a high note with our Principal’s motivating words: “Sports teach us discipline, resilience, and unity—the true essence of freedom.”
