ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR STD. XI (SESSION: 2025 - 2026)
GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

• Interested students with EMS (English, Maths & Science) aggregate of 70% and above and a minimum of 90% in each Maths & Science in Pre-Board Examination need only apply for Science Stream. 85% aggregate with 80% in Maths may apply for Commerce.
• Admission test date is 5 February 2025.
• It will be offline Admission Test for Science, Maths, English, Economics.
• Admission will be provisional: decided on fulfilling 70% EMS score in Board Exam for Science & 85% for Commerce.

• Child’s parents (Mother & Father) are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case of unavailability of this, they are required to create a new E-mail ID before applying online.
• A passport size photograph of the Child is required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the Child’s photograph under 1024 KB in size (Only in JPG/JPEG format) before starting the Online Registration.
• The payment mode is through “Online Payment Gateway”. The Registration fee is Rupees 1000/- (OneThousandOnly). This administrative amount of Rs. 1000/- is a non-refundable amount irrespective of admission secured or not.
• Please take a print out of payment page/slip after successful payment of Rs.1000/. If any problem occurs due to technical reason at the time of payment, please do not make another payment. The payment slip/Registration Slip should be produced during Admission test.
• The name of the Child, Father and Mother, Date of Birth etc. must be spelt & filled correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. No corrections will be allowed later on.
• The Online Form has to be filled in very carefully. If a Data Filed is mandatory, it should not be left blank. Incomplete/wrongly filled applications will be rejected.
• A copy of the printout of “System Generated Online Registration Receipt/Payment slip” must be kept along with you for your record after filling up the Online Registration Form.
• Registration of the Child does not confer the right to admission test in the school.
• Principal’s decision regarding test and admission is final and irrevocable.
• No amendment will be entertained later. Application filled more than once for the same child will not be entertained and will lead to disqualification of the candidature.
• Registration in class XI should not be taken as a Guarantee or Assurance for admission in stream applied for.
• All entries should be filled. No wrong/exaggerated information to be provided in Registration Form. If it is detected that you have provided wrong information/concealed facts, then your Registration/Admission shall stand cancelled & amount deposited by you will be forfeited.
• Rights of Registration/Admission are reserved with School Administration & Management and binding on all concerned.
• Admission is strictly on the basis of merit. Admission will be determined by vacancy & availability of seats.
• Admission will not be granted if documents will not be submitted within stipulated date.
• No Enquiry will be entertained regarding Rejection of Registration/Admission by School Administration.
